Who can see your activity feed
Change this to Only you.
What others see when you’ve viewed their profile
Change this to You will be totally anonymous
Select who can see your connections
Change this to “only you” if you do not want others to see your connections
Settings -> Account -> Privacy Control -> Manage Advertising Preferences to block linkedin.com from serving you ads.
Account -> Manage Security Settings should be changed to use https browsing for linkedin.com.
